We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $35.

• Standard Shipping: For orders under $35, a flat-rate shipping fee of $7 will be applied.

We primarily use major carriers for all shipments. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we've made the return process simple.

• 30-Day Return Window: You can return most items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

• Condition of Items: Returned items must be in new or unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your account and go to your order history.

2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.

3. Follow the instructions to print a prepaid return shipping label.

4. Pack the item securely and attach the label to the outside of the box.

5. Drop the package off at any designated carrier location.
